Monthly Membership Meeting Table Sponsor

Limited to a maximum of three (3) per meeting,

first come first served as received

and confirmed by the Chamber office.

Cost:

$100 (plus $16 per person for lunch)

Benefits:

Sponsor will be provided with an exhibit table located at the registration area or inside the door of the banquet room. We will do our best to accommodate Sponsor’s preferred location, within any limitations imposed by the hosting facility.
Sponsor may set up signage and distribute literature, business cards, promotional items and other information from the exhibit table.
Sponsor may place one item of literature or business card at each place setting.
Sponsor may collect business cards for a door prize drawing (prize to be provided by the Sponsor).
Sponsor will be thanked on signage place at the registration table.
Sponsor will be recognized from the podium and introduced by the Chamber President or Chair of the Day.
Sponsor will be permitted to deliver a “30 second commercial” to the meeting attendees from the podium.
Sponsor will be thanked in the Chamber Link the month following the sponsored event.
If Sponsor’s commitment is received in time for inclusion on meeting invitations, Sponsor’s name will appear on all flyers and invitations.
