Convenient access to many features on our web site (Hot Deals, Job Openings, Changes to your information, changes to your map location and Payment of invoices) is available by going to our website www.medinaohchamber.com and clicking on the “Member Portal” on the left column of the home page.
“EVENT CALENDAR” - Event Registration and Payment
- Visit our website at www.medinaohchamber.com
- Find the event you would like to attend in the calendar on the right and click on the event’s title. If the event is not listed click on the upcoming events tab and it will take you to our complete calendar.
- Click the “Register Online” button.
- Step 1 - Contact Information
- Select the login to check for special member rates.
- Insert your chamber login & password.
- A list of representatives from your company will be displayed. Select the person who is attending. The next screen will be automatically filled in with their contact information. If the person attending is not listed as a representative, simply click the option on the bottom of the box “The Representative is not in the List” and you will need to complete the registrant contact information yourself.
- Click Next.
- Step 2 – Fee Information
- Change the “Base Fee” option if needed and add additional attendees if you are registering for more than one person.
- Click Next.
- Step 3 – Payment Options
- The screen will default to the first option that you will be invoiced.
- Click the second option if cash or check will be sent to the Chamber by the time of event.
- Click the third option for online credit card payment with Visa or MasterCard. Click “Next” and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information – credit card number, expiration date, name on credit card, card verification number, and billing address. Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- An Online Registration Confirmation page will be displayed for your receipt showing amount applied to your credit card.
CHECK THIS OUT! While in the “Event Calendar” sign up page – you can set a reminder to be sent to you, print the page for reference, add the event right into your Outlook, or email the event to a friend and ask them to join you.
“MEMBER PORTAL” - Apply Payment to an Open Invoice
If you want to pay for any Chamber invoice online other than an event you are registering for, follow these simple instructions.
- Visit our website at www.medinaohchamber.com
- Click on “Member Portal
- Insert your chamber login and password
- Under “Member Info” select “Pay Bills Online”.
- Complete the following information regarding your payment:
- Payment amount
- Invoice # - could be a listing of several numbers or just a description of the fee.
- If you do not fill out the invoice # field, you must add an explanation in the comments section on how you want your payment applied.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your credit card information from your Visa or MasterCard – credit card number, expiration date, name on credit card, card verification number, and billing address.
- Click Next.
- Review your input then select “Finish”.
- An Online Payment Confirmation page will be displayed for your receipt showing amount applied to your credit card.
“MEMBER PORTAL” – Google map locator
Google mapping right within the search results of our Business Directory leads visitors right to your business. What do you need to do? Update and double check your business address. Presently, your current address specified in the Business Directory has been used to pinpoint your location. While Google maps have a high percentage of reliability, some addresses are not always mapped correctly. View and adjust your location, or even remove your pushpin from the map by logging in at http://www.chamberlogin.com. Click Webpage info in the left hand menu and make desired changes in the Search Results Map Information are. Contact Susan at the Chamber office if you need assistance.
The Greater Medina Chamber’s Members Only Web Site is password-protected web-based software that is accessed through an active Internet connection. Once you have successfully logged in with the password provided in this email, you have access to all the features.
